Methylene bis thiocyanate is a light yellow acicular crystalline chemical. Methylene Bis Thiocyanate melting point is 100~104℃, sight soluble in other organic solvents, soluble in water at 0.4%, and stable under acid conditions.

Uses:
Methylene bis thiocyanate is an efficient, broad-spectrum germicide & algaecide & displays strong extermination effects against Germs, Fungi, and Algae existing in circulating water.
Methylene bisthiocyanate maintains long-term effects and applies to broad pH values and temperature ranges. Using 3~4ppm MBT kills over 90% of nitrosation germs, sulfate-reducing germs, colon bacillus, anti-nitrosation germs, and many others.
Methylene bis thiocyanate liquid is stable and can decompose shortly in an application. Methylene bisthiocyanate has an analysis method and is easy to monitor, so MBT is safe for discharge.
Methylene bis thiocyanate can increase oil production by reducing oil layer contamination, preventing clay from expanding, and disinfecting.
Methylene bisthiocyanate can protect packing paper from molding, treat circulating cooling water, and remove marine organisms from marine liners.
Methylene bisthiocyanate has excellent anti-corrosion, germicide, and algaecide effects for electrical materials, bamboo, woodenware, coatings, rubber, canvas, glue, and ink.
MBT 1% emulsion is an efficient, broad-spectrum, and safe agricultural germicide having good effects against diseases of rice and wheat. Within the recommended quantity, it is safe to rice seed and increases germination percentage.
As MBT is an organic thiocyanic germicide, it can solve the problem of anti-pesticide properties developed by the widely used absorbing germicides. MBT does not need presoaking or after-washing when used in treating rice seeds. MBT can be used directly in germination and seeding.
Methylene bis thiocyanate also can be made of safe fish medicine to prevent many kinds of fish diseases. In addition, methylene bis thiocyanate is a good disinfectant in the water for various breeds of aquatics.

Packing and Storage:
Normally packed in a 25 kg paper bag or fiber drum, it can also be packed as required.
Store MBT in cool, dry, and ventilative places. Keep away from incompatible substances. MBT can not be stored together with food and feedstuff.
